The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reached a settlement with two individuals accused of profiting from illegal stock sales by companies related to blockchain technology. The SEC filed charges earlier this month, alleging that attorney T.J. Jesky and his firm’s business manager, Mark F. DeStefano, benefited from the sales.
