Solana Price Prediction 3iQ files for first Solana ETF in North America Traders rush to buy this SOL meme coin Act early

Solana (SOL) price has dropped 3% in the past 24 hours and is trading at $132.63 as of 2:36 AM EST.
Despite this, the price drop comes as digital asset manager 3iQ has filed an application to list a Solana ETF (exchange-traded fund) on Canada’s Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE).
If approved, it would be the first SOL-inspired financial instrument in North America.

If approved, 3iQ’s Solana ETF holders will also receive interest from native SOL staking returns.
According to the company, these returns will be around 6% to 8%. The application proposes that the custodians of the ETF will be Coinbase Custody and Tetra Trust, with the former providing exclusive institutional staking infrastructure for the Solana Fund.
The digital asset management company’s two main cryptocurrency products listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange are the 3iQ Bitcoin ETF (BTCQ) and the 3iQ Ethereum Collateralized ETF (ETHQ), with net assets of around $233 million and $38 million, respectively, according to Yahoo Finance data.
Bloomberg analyst James Seifat observed that more than $1 billion worth of Solana ETFs have been offered around the world. These include the 21Shares Solana Collateralized ETP (Exchange Traded Product) and the ETC Group Physical Solana Product (Europe).
