Launched in October 2021, Doodles is a collection of 10,000 limited-edition generative NFTs created by Evan Keast, Scott Martin, Jordan Castro, and Burnt Toast. The Doodles NFT ecosystem includes humans, cats, pickles, apes, sentient flames, skeletons, aliens, and more.
Since its launch, Doodles has become one of the most important Ethereum NFT projects, standing out as eye-catching profile pictures (PFPs) on social media and accumulating more than $550 million in trading volume. In the past few months, Doodles has undergone a clear ecosystem transformation.
Earlier last year, Doodles announced plans to transition from a non-fungible token project to a media franchise. In a statement posted on the Doodles Discord, co-founder Jordan Castro (popularly known online as Poopie) said they would begin building new features and products away from the NFT market.

Meanwhile, Doodles has yet to share an exact date for its much-anticipated NFT-inspired luxury watch.Doodles isn’t the only NFT project to begin launching NFT-related items. Last year, Pudgy Penguins launched its NFT-inspired toys, which are now available in the UK, US, Canada, and Asia.
